The customer has the right to request the cessation of processing of their data, information about the use of their data, and the transfer of their data to themselves or to a third party in a commonly used format. To prevent misuse of customer data and rights, requests may only be submitted in a form that allows the identity of the applicant to be verified (digitally signed or by email at info@vibemerch.ee). We have the right to respond to such requests within 30 days.
A request to terminate the processing of data will be treated as a request to terminate the registered customer agreement.

All customer personal data disclosed during visits to and purchases from the Vibemerch.ee online store is treated as confidential information. An encrypted data connection with banks ensures the security of the purchaser’s personal data and banking details.
